Thursday, June 23rd
The sea area between Le Castella and Crotone is a nature reserve. Only
at certain spots anchoring and diving is allowed. But as spoiled Saudi
divers we are very disappointed by the colour- and lifeless underwater
world.
The waters in the Crotone area is very dirty, it looks like they dump
the garbage directly in the sea.
Even Crotone is described as ugly industrial town we find some nice corners in the old city.

Our berthing place is next to the fishermen's harbour. They sell fresh oysters. Again we have an exceptional dinner!

Saturday, June 25th
A day for resting, shopping, swimming and other little jobs. Rainer
and Yves get to work to mark the anchor line with coloured sign. But
it is no "easy clip" job as the package advertises; they both
suffer from blisters and numb fingers! But it is worth it!
